  • Replacement cards cost 3 dollars.
• Do library cards expire?
  •  Yes, every 3 years
  •  Library cards are renewed for free. Patrons must show proof of Cumberland County residency.

Proof of Cumberland County Residency

     Patrons must show proof of Cumberland County residency by showing one of the following ID's which must contain their name and current address:

1. Valid driver license.
2. Current bill with current address
3. Check book with current address
4. Vehicle registration or insurance card with current address
5. House deed.
6. Current pay Stub.
7. Passport.
8. Postmarked enveloped from the Library.
9. Voter registration, the current year.
10. Certification of residency,
11. Military ID with current address and date.
12. Rent receipts with date name and address.
