- Individuals who are 17 , have a
driver's license, and are Cumberland County residents.
- Individuals must show
proof of Cumberland County residency.

- Library cards are free.
- Replacement cards cost 3 dollars.

Proof of Cumberland
County Residency
Patrons must show proof of Cumberland County
residency by showing one of the following ID's which must contain their name
and current address:
- Valid driver license.
- Current bill with current address
- Check book with current address
- Vehicle registration or insurance card
with current address
- House deed.
- Current pay Stub.
- Passport.
- Postmarked enveloped from the Library.
- Voter registration, the current year.
- Certification of residency,
- Military ID with current address and date.
- Rent receipts with date name and address.
