Residents of Cumberland County will receive one free library card per individual.
I. All Patrons must come into the library with proper identification to receive a library card.
II. The following identification with your current address is acceptable:
A. Unexpired NJ Driver’s License or Vehicle Registration Card
B. Unexpired NJ State Photo ID
C. An electric, gas, or water utility bill dated
D. within one month
E. Property tax bill
F. Unexpired Vehicle Insurance Card
G. Current pay stub dated within one month
Current Lease
H. Current NJ State Insurance Card
III. Complete and sign a registration form.
