Join us for a FREE gentle movement and breathing in our chair yoga class at Millville Public Library, Saturday June 3rd and 17th at 11am! This class is perfect for all levels of students, including those who are new to yoga, as we use the chair to help balance us, support us, and help us advance. All are welcome!
