Together we get playful and silly as we venture along our yoga journey! We will use poses, stories, sound, meditation, and relaxation techniques to help little yogis build their strength, flexibility, focus, and self-management. Sessions held on Saturday June 10th at 11am. For ages 3-6. Please bring your own mat or towel as they will not be provided. Adults are welcome to hang out during class, but the class is for kids! Registration required, limit of 12 participants.
